Acro-Fit Class
Get ‘tricked’ into fit!

Lazy Balance

Price:  $10/lesson



Have fun while developing strength, fitness & flexibility doing circus inspired games, exercises & some basic Acrobalance tricks.

~ 4pm to 5:30pm-ish. Next date March 27th

~ minimum age 14

~ 1hr class $10 for adult PCYC members, $13.20 for non-members.

~ 1hr class $8 for junior PCYC members, $11.00 for non-members.

~ Wear clothes that are easy to move about in but since we may be going upside down no skirts dresses or baggy shirts and the same goes for girls too Smiley

~ Bring a water bottle and a sense of fun.

~ Max 12 people.

~ Bring a friend or just come meet new people and then stand on them ;-)

 ~ This is a moderate to high impact activity so a reasonable level of fitness is recommended
(but don't panic because everyone can go at their own pace)

An indemnity form needs to be signed so if you are under 18 please bring a parent or guardian to sign your form or contact Shane to get a copy beforehand.
